I always find that no matter what kind of vacation I go on, I end up spending 80% of the time working. It’s just that it is so easy to stay connected today and actually quite hard to leave things at home and just disconnect. I’m always looking for that great vacation that will be a true vacation for me. Someone suggested I look into some of the great Alaskan cruises which are typically offered during the summer months. I’m beginning to think that would be the perfect solution for me as an Alaskan cruise is typically around 7 days which works well for me in terms of the time I can get away from my job. I’ve heard a lot about the great evening activities including the famous Captain’s Gala that anyone who has returned from such a cruise will surely remember.
