Jetpacked Support
I just wanted to let everyone know we’re in the process of moving to a new support system (Kayako) it should expedite the process of us getting back to your support requests. It also includes a built in FAQ service that will read your question as you type it and render possible answers to your questions in real time via AJAX.
I’ve been out of town all weekend and just got back into the office today. If you have any questions or support requests in the existing queue that have not been answered I should get back to you by the end of the day. If you have not heard anything tomorrow its possible something might have been lost in the transition and you can resubmit your issue to support@jetpacked.com or support@jetpackedsupport.com OR preferably go directly to the support site @ http://www.jetpackedsupport.com you can quickly setup a support account with your account details and it will help us get back to you asap.
