Pownce, Kevin Rose’s new startup, looks very promising. It’s kind of like twitter, but 5x the efficiency. You can choose who views your messages, and can send links, files, and event invites to selected individuals or groups of friends. It’s in a “limited userbase non-beta beta” right now, and you have to have an invite to get an account. So does anyone have an invite they can shoot to me?
