Running a Dual Boot System
When was the last time your PC suffered from a crash?
Crashes that are brought about by unstable operating systems will definitely gain from a dual boot system. Your computer is reconfigured to have two partitions in its hard drive. The normal operating system (OS) is installed on the first partition while a second operating system is put in place on the second partition to serve as a backup OS.
In the event of a crash, all you need to do is to access the second hard drive partition and then get the computer to run the second Operating system. This will get your computer to boot on its own.
By running the second OS, you get a chance to copy or transfer your important files.
