It seems that children of today are spending too much time on their cell phones. First it was too much TV, then too much videogame time, and finally, too much Internet. Now the time waster for children has reached its peak. Many elementary age children have their own cell phones, allowing them Internet access at the palm of their hands, during all hours of the day and night. It is getting harder and harder for parents to monitor their children’s cell phone usage. That is why there is a panel that is trying to come out with a cell phone that is designed to only make phone calls and have GPS. This will limit children, and protect them from potential cell phone dangers.
